Tips of success in tianshi busines

Are you want to do busines but have not enough capital?Have you high ambition
in busines? But reality are throging almost persons in to simple job...
Have you ever had to contemplate your financial future? Would your current job or business provide you a strong net worth at the end of the day when you have to retire due to illness or retirement?

Wouldn’t it be great if you had the option to retire today without money worries for the rest of your days?

Statistics in the US point to the fact that only 5% of people aged 65 and above will retire financially free. The rest will either be dead or dead broke. I believe the figures are more or less the same anywhere in the world. Sad, but true. Why? See the "Employee/Traditional Business Owner Model" below....

WHEN YOU ARE A EMPLOYEE OF TRADITIONAL COMPANY
1. You start your job at the bottom rung earning a meager (but modest) salary. The work is easy and you have lots of time on your hands.

2. But as you climb up the corporate ladder, you are saddled with more responsibility, which also means more work. You have less time now for your family or favourite sport. But you’re earning more money now.

3. That day arrives! Your hard work pays off. You’re now in senior management and you’ve in charge of an entire division. No doubt the responsibilities are heavy (you’ve got to answer directly to the CEO) but you’re making lots of money now. The downside is you spend loads of time at the office, even weekends.

Basically, you will be trading your time for money. You are earning a linear income which means that if you stop working today, you income would inadvertently stop too. And that day will come for sure when you retire.

From that day on, how long will you be able to survive without an income?

"Is there a way where I can create wealth that will bring in income for the rest of my life?", you may ask.
Take a look at the network marketing model below.....

Network Marketing ModelThe network marketing model presents a different scenario.

1. The networker works hard initially, attending meetings, talking to prospects and generally building his network. He’s got his day job and it’s taking a lot of his spare time and weekends. The income isn’t much to shout about at the moment.

2. A year or so later, he starts to see some results. His network is growing through his continuous hard work and he’s making pretty decent income now.

3. A year or two later….. That day arrives! He has the option to "fire" his boss (and probably already has!). He is now a top leader, making the money of his dreams. If he decided to stop working today, he will have residual income flowing to him for the rest of his life. Today, he spends his much of his time with his family, pursuing activities he loves. He finally enjoys uncommon time and financial freedom!
If network marketing is so great, why aren’t more people involved or succeeding in it?

Here are some misconceptions of network marketing :-

"They are "Get Rich Quick" schemes"
.
They couldn’t be further from the truth! You do have to work at this business to generate an income. Not all MLMs are created equal. Some businesses (many of them on the Internet!) do try to entice people into making a quick buck but they eventually flop. It’s too bad there are some who spoil the reputation of the business in this way. But "rotten apples" like these shouldn’t reflect the industry as a whole. It’s like saying you will never eat Chinese fried rice again because the restaurant you ate it from was awful. You can’t say the dish is just as bad in other restaurants. I’ve had my taste of those schemes and have lost money in them. Don’t let anyone tell you that you can get rich quick without doing anything. It just doesn’t make sense!

"MLM businesses like these won’t last".
There are a few network companies (and you may be familiar with them) that have been around for some 30 to 40 years already and they aren’t showing signs of slowing down. In fact, they are growing even stronger, with a few being public-listed in various bourses. The background of the company is important. They will always be there for their distributors. In fact, it’s a win-win situation.

"I can't sell door to door".
Selling is what many people say turns them off from network marketing. Going door to door selling products like in the old "Avon" days? Selling products are only a portion of network marketing. In this business, you "sell" your dreams by telling people what you aim to achieve in life. You get people to dream and go beyond where they are currently, so that they too can enjoy time and financial freedom. Besides, selling products is easy when you use them yourself and find that they really do help you. Your confidence will be your advertising. A good network marketing company will not only provide you good quality products, but also educate you so that you have a system to follow to build a business. A quality company will always develop quality leaders who will always be there to ensure their serious down-lines succeed.

"I don't have many friends to approach".
Unless you live under a rock, you do have people you know. There will be some people who will listen your proposition while some will not. And those who join you as serious business builders will have their own set of friends to talk to. Think about it…. You won’t need a thousand friends to build a successful business. All you need may be 10 or so serious business builders, and they will duplicate what they learn from the system and multiply. See the power of duplication and multiplication working here?

"Got no time for such things!".
Yes, this business will take up much of your free time. Initially. But once your foundation is built, you will eventually find yourself with more time and making good money. Any business will take time to build and nurture. So it is with network marketing. Wouldn't it make sense to invest time and effort for a few short years for a lifetime of residual income?

"It's a risky business".
What risk? Network marketing is low start up compared to many conventional businesses, with no need of stocking up inventory, office space or hiring of staff. Plus you get free or low-cost education to learn how to build a business (Wish I had that sort of education when I started my software business!!!). You have up-lines who are always encouraging you to succeed. The only real investment is your time and effort.

Concluesion
Network marketing is a business, and it should be taken as one, whether you do it part time or full time, passively or aggressively. However, it is not the usual conventional business like a shop selling computer hardware. It’s uniqueness is that you will one day reach a level of success where residual income will keep pouring in and time is yours to do as you will.

The stability of a table or chair depends on it’s 4 legs. This is also true in the network marketing business and a good business will provide you 3 of those legs to succeed. The 4th leg depends on you, and you alone. As with the business I am in, I am provided with high quality products which I consume myself to help reduce my high blood pressure. It works for me and I am confident when I talk about the products that I am selling. I am also trained by the company’s education system on everything I need to know about the business. I just duplicate the system and let it work for me. My successful up-lines continually provide me invaluable support and encouragement and prove time and again, the business does work.
SO WORK WITH TIENS .HERE EVERYBODY CAN BE WINNER.........
