CORDYCEPS FOR SEX POWER INCREASE.

In the second century, B.C., the first emperor of China used Cordyceps Sinensis religiously as a sex tonic . The legendary Chinese beauty Yang Kue-fei (719-756 A.D.) also took Cordyceps regularly, crediting the rare mushroom as her fountain of youth. Today, thousands of years later, Cordyceps Sinensis is a top seller in the U.S. What have the ancient Chinese known for centuries about this exotic mushroom that the rest of the world has just begun to discover?

The historical use of Cordyceps as an anti-aging herb in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) dates back to 1700 BCE. During China's Chin Dynasty, one emperor is said to have paid an ounce of gold for a three days supply of the precious fungus. He used this herb for youth & enrgy. Tibetan scholars wrote detailed descriptions of Cordyceps in 15th and 18th century texts. Cordyceps was introduced to Europe at a scientific meeting in Paris in 1726.

Well hundreds years before the chinese used codyceps for take benefit of some health reason.one of the main reason was to increase sex power.Still in China this is popular as magic herb for this purpose.Lets know what are the speech of modern science:

Dramatic Natural Improvements are seen in endocrine hormone levels, in fertility, and in Sexual Libido for men and women.
Improves Libido and Quality of Life in Men & Women, Fights infertility, Increases Sperm Count, Increases Sperm Survival.

(1) Research on animal studies shows cordyceps increases natural sex hormones(Wan F, Guo Y, Deng X. Chinese Traditional Patented Med 1988;9:29-31)

(2) Prevention and improvement of adrenal glands and thymus hormones, and infertile sperm count improve by 300% after cordyceps supplement.(Huang Y, Lu J, Zhu B, Wen Q, Jia F, Zeng S, Chen T, Li Y, Xheng G, Yi Z.. Zhongchengyao Yanjiu 1987;(10):24-25)

(3) Human clinical studies involving both men and women of 189 patients with decreased libido and desire showed improvement of symptoms and desire of 66% (Wan F, Guo Y, Deng X. Chinese Traditional Patented Med 1988;9:29-31)

(4) Another double blind study by the Institute of Materia Medica in Beijing, China showed a woman improvement of libido and desire at 86%. (JIA-SHI ZHU, M.D., Ph.D. The Journal of Alternative & Complementary Medicine, Vol.4, Number 3, 1998, pp.289-303)

(5) The most dramatic physical proof came from Fertility Study (Guo YZ. J Modern Diagnostics Therapeutics 1986;(1):60-65) involving a clinical research of 22 males showed that cordyceps supplement increased clear evidence of 33% increase in sperm count, decreased 29% incidence of sperm malformations, and a 79% increase in survival rate after 8 weeks of cordyceps supplement. This is very helpfull for sex power increase as Panex Ginseng
Thank you fpr read this article.

BENEFIT OF CORDYCEPS:(ANOTHER EXCLUSIVE ARTICLE

Cordyceps has almost 3000 years old historical background. From thousands years to this time the scientists are discovering its wonderfull benefit for the humen body.seems this is a endless knowledge book.Everyday the researchers are discovering the benefit of this wonderfull herb of the green world.Lets drive in deep in order to discover the benefit of Cordyceps:

Although a number of studies have been conducted on cordyceps in China, relatively little information is available from U.S.-based scientists. A few animal studies have shown cordyceps feeding to increase the ratio of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) to inorganic phosphate (Pi) in the liver by 45-55% - an effect that may be viewed as beneficial in terms of energy state and potential for performance enhancement. Furthermore, mice fed cordyceps and subjected to an extreme low oxygen environment, were able to utilize oxygen more efficiently (30-50% increase), better tolerate acidosis and hypoxia (lack of oxygen) and live 2-3 times longer than a control group. A number of Chinese clinical studies, primarily in elderly patients with fatigue, cordyceps-treated patients reported significant improvements in their level of fatigue, ability to tolerate cold temperatures, memory and cognitive capacity and sex drive. Patients with respiratory diseases also reported feeling physically stronger. Overall, the efficacy rate for cordyceps in alleviating fatigue in elderly subjects was 80-90%. In addition to its effects on energy levels, possibly due to the adenosine content of cordyceps, the mushroom extract can also induce sex steroid-like effects (in mice) ¨C which may account for the increased libido reported by elderly subjects in several studies. Recently, a small study presented at the American College of Sports Medicine annual meeting (1999), showed that a cordyceps-based supplement (CordyMax, Pharmanex) significantly increases maximal oxygen uptake and anaerobic threshold, which may lead to improved exercise capacity and resistance to fatigue.

Much of what is known about Cordyceps sinensis we owe to the research of Dr. Georges Halpern, a physician and professor emeritus with the University of Hong Kong, and author of several books about Cordyceps. Research suggests that Cordyceps may improve the BIO ENERGY status of animals and probably in humans. This would happen because Cordyceps improves the internal balance mechanism, thus making the utilization of OXYGEN more efficient. These properties may account for the overall physical enhancement, the added endurance, and the anti-fatigue effects which are seen in humans using the Cordyceps supplement.

1. Cordyceps Improves the Respiratory Function: Several scientific studies have demonstrated the benefits of Cordyceps sinensis in alleviating the symptoms of several respiratory illnesses including chronic bronchitis and asthma (Reference 2, Chapter "Effects on the Respiratory System", pages 429-432). In a double blind, placebo controlled study with 30 elderly volunteers Cordyceps significantly improved the maximum amount of oxygen these people were able to assimilate.

2.Cordyceps increases cellular Oxygen Absorption by up to 40%: (Lou Y, Liao X, Lu Y. Cardiovascular pharmacological studies of ethanol extracts of Cordyceps mycelia and Cordyceps fermentation solution. Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1986;17(5):17-21,209-213) Chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases improvement of 40% after Cordyceps supplement. (Wang WQ. J. Administration Traditional Chinese Med 1995;5 (supp;):24)

3. Cordyceps Improves the Functioning of the Heart: Numerous studies have demonstrated the benefits of Cordyceps sinensis on heart rhythm disturbances, such as cardiac arrhythmias and chronic heart failure (Reference 2, Chapter "Effects on the Cardiovascular System", pages 436 ¨C 441). An even more vigorous study was conducted using "in vivo" mouse model induced acute Pulmonary Edema (Pneumonia) which causes systemic lack of oxygen, acidic body, and death. Research results show that animals taking Cordyceps had a significantly greater survival rate of 20% mortality vs. 80% mortality in 30 minutes. This is a startling 400% improvement. (From Wan F, Zhang S. Clinical observations of fermented Cordyceps sinensis (Cs-4) in antitussive, expectorant, and antathematic effects. Collection on the Basic Medicinal and Clinical Studies of Submerged Culture Cordyceps sinensis. Beijing, Nanchang, China:Jiangxi TCM/IMM, 1985:35-39)

4. Cordyceps Helps Maintain Cholesterol: Four excellent studies have demonstrated that Cordyceps sinensis helps to lower total cholesterol by 10 to 21% and triglycerides by 9 to 26%. At the same time it helps to increase HDL-cholesterol ("good cholesterol") by 27 to 30% (Reference 1, Chapter "Effects on blood lipid metabolism and arteriosclerosis", pages 299 ¨C 301). Blood Cells:Improves Blood Cell Viability & Function. Genetic: Promotes DNA Repair Liver Protection: Improves Liver Functions, helps with Hepatitis and Cirrhosis Sub chronic and chronic hepatitis on related liver diseases are more prevalent than most people think. Liver is the living filter of the human body, cleaning the blood and all other fluids of impurities. There is no way for you to survive, much less feel healthy, without a functioning liver. Research clinical trials on 33 patients with Hepatitis "B" and on another 8 patients with cirrhosis taking Cordyceps supplement showed 71.9% improvement on "Thymol Turbidity Test" and 78.6% improvement in "SGPT Test" both of these are enzyme test showing improving functions of the liver. (Zhou LT, Yang YZ, Xu YM, Zhu QY, Zhu YR, Ge XY, Gao JD. Short term curative effect of cultured Cordyceps sinensis (Berk.) Sacc. Mycelia in chronic hepatitis B. China J Chinese Materia Medica 1990;15(1):53-55)

5. Cordyceps Helps Discomforts from Tired Legs: Several studies have shown that Cordyceps sinensis improves the flow of blood in the body by relaxing the smooth muscles of the blood vessels allowing them to expand. Cordyceps also improves the functioning of the heart and lungs (see above). Cordyceps therefore prevents or reduces the contraction of blood vessels which interferes with the flow of blood vessels in the legs, the main cause of tired legs (Reference 2, Chapter "Effect on the Cardiovascular System", pages 436~441).

6. Endurance & Stamina: Reduces muscle Soreness, Enhances Recovery, Promotes Better Oxygen efficiency.

7. Fitness: Increases ATP Synthesis, Promotes Faster Energy Recovery, Reduces Fatigue, Improves Physical Function, Provides More Stamina.

8. Cordyceps Improves Stamina and Athletic Performance: Several studies with animals have shown that Cordyceps sinensis increases the cellular energy production and oxygen uptake ( Reference 1, Chapter "Improvement of physical performance and quality of life", pages 293 ¨C 295). A study with mice demonstrated their improved swimming capabilities after six weeks of Cordyceps supplementation compared with a control group (Reference 3, page 260). 16. Cordyceps radically increases cellular energy: Cellular energy, which is also known scientifically as the ATP/IP ratio. Cordyceps has been clinically proven to increase cellular Bio-Energy by as much as 55% (Reported XU C.F et al in ZHU J-S, Halpern GM, Jones K. The Scientific rediscovery of a precious ancient Chinese herbal regimen: Cordyceps sinensis: Part I. J Alt Comp Med 1998;4(3):289-303.)

9. Cordyceps Combats Sexual Dysfunction: Three separate Chinese double blind and placebo-controlled studies with over 200 men with "reduced libido and other sexual problems" showed remarkably similar results. On average, 64% of the Cordyceps-users reported significant improvement at the conclusion of the experimental period compared with 24% of the placebo group. In another double blind, placebo controlled study conducted with 21 elderly women with similar complaints, 90% reported improvements of their condition following the use of Cordyceps, compared with none in the control group.

18. Hormones:Adrenal Thymus, Mitochondrial energy: Dramatic Natural Improvements are seen in endocrine hormone levels, in fertility, and in Sexual Libido for men and women.

19. Sexual Function: Improves Libido and Quality of Life in Men & Women, Fights infertility, Increases Sperm Count, Increases Sperm Survival.

(1) Research on animal studies shows cordyceps increases natural sex hormones(Wan F, Guo Y, Deng X. Chinese Traditional Patented Med 1988;9:29-31)
(2) Prevention and improvement of adrenal glands and thymus hormones, and infertile sperm count improve by 300% after cordyceps supplement.(Huang Y, Lu J, Zhu B, Wen Q, Jia F, Zeng S, Chen T, Li Y, Xheng G, Yi Z.. Zhongchengyao Yanjiu 1987;(10):24-25)

(3) Human clinical studies involving both men and women of 189 patients with decreased libido and desire showed improvement of symptoms and desire of 66% (Wan F, Guo Y, Deng X. Chinese Traditional Patented Med 1988;9:29-31) and

20.Immune Functions: Numerous animal and in vitro studies have shown that Cordyceps sinensis fruit body and mycelial extracts are potent immunopotentiators. Cultured fruit bodies of Cordyceps sinensis prepared as a water extract produced a significant increase in the phagocytic activity of Kupffer cells after oral administration in rats for 25 days, but not after two days. The increase compared to control rats was seen in a 36% greater colloidal carbon clearance value from a dosage of 200 mg/kg p.o., whereas half the amount was ineffective (Nakamura et al., 1999). A water extract of cultured Cordyceps sinensis (100 ug/mL) was shown to dose-dependently reverse murine renal cell neoplasm-induced suppression of murine macrophage (J774A.1 cell line) oxidative burst (chemoluminescent), following co-incubation of the Cordyceps sinensis extract with the tumor cells. At 8 hours co-incubation, the activity of the macrophages was significantly enhanced (Jiao and Lau, 1998). CORDYCEPS HISTORY

Cordyceps sinesis is latin name of this herb. The chinese like to say its name "Dong Chang cao".It has very rich & 3000 years old history. You are most welcome to know about this wonderfull herb of the green earth.
The Cordyceps Sinensis is carefully prepared by using the best wild King Cordyceps Sinensis from Qinghai, which is cultured in the laboratory to obtain the mycellium. Then, a series of qualitative and quantitative tests and comparison are conducted and state-of-the-art of bio-engineering technology is employed to make the product. Its efficacy components are the same as those of wild King Cordyceps Sinensis.

In ancient China, cordyceps was used in the Emperor's palace and was considered to have ginseng-like properties. It was used to strengthen the body after exhaustion or long-term illness, and for impotence, neurasthenia, and backache. It was also used to cure opium addiction. Cordyceps, one of the most valued traditional Chinese medicines, is used commonly for the replenishment of body health.

It is used commonly in China to replenish the kidney and soothe the lung, for the treatment of fatigue, night sweating, hyposexualities, hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia, asthenia after severe illness, respiratory disease, renal dysfunction and renal failure, arrhythmias and other heart disease, and liver disease (Zhu et al., 1998). Recent studies have demonstrated its multiple pharmacological actions-such as anti-oxidation activity (Yamaguchi et al., 2000a; 2000b; Li et al., 2001b), potentiating the immune system (Liu et al., 1992; Xu et al., 1992) and anti-tumor activities (Ohmori et al., 1986; Yoshida et al., 1989; Chen et al., 1997).

Cordyceps Sinensis According to Chinese traditional medicine, having the efficacy of enhancing vitality and endurance, tonifying and nourishing the kidneys and the lungs, tranquilizing the mind, and arresting coughing. Cordyceps Sinensis is suitable for both male and female at all ages, especially the middle-aged and the elderly, people with delicate constitution, or patients in their recuperation. It is used for therapy of impotency, anemia, coughing and night sweat and insomnia.

In the second century, B.C., the first emperor of China used Cordyceps Sinensis religiously as a tonic for longevity. For the answer, let's look at the history of Cordyceps Sinensis.

Years ago, the Yung people of the Himalayas first noticed that animals grazing on a tiny, grass-like mushroom became more energetic and agile. Even the older cattle showed signs of increased vigor. Intrigued, the herders began to harvest the mushroom and soon observed that human consumption seemed to yield the same benefits. From there, logic follows that it should have been only a matter of time before knowledge and use of this mushroom became widespread. However, this was not the case... Cordyceps Sinensis grows wild in the Tibetan Plateau, approximately 15,000 feet above sea level. The low oxygen levels, harsh climate and inhospitable environment ensure that few life forms survive.

Those that do are incredibly adaptable, having developed powerful defenses against the elements. Thus, the harsher the environment in which the mushroom is harvested, the higher the grade. While other manufacturers utilize a lower grade mushroom that is easier to harvest, it only this select, highest grade Cordyceps Sinensis that Noevir uses in our nutritional supplement. The Sherpas who harvest this mushroom today consider it the "elixir of life" and worth "more than gold". In a narrow window of four weeks between May and June when it is in season, even expert foragers unearth less than 10 Cordyceps mushrooms per day.

The annual harvest of the highest grade Cordyceps mushrooms worldwide is less than 660 pounds, making it one of the rarest and most precious mushrooms available. This explains why Cordyceps Sinensis, so highly regarded in traditional Chinese medicine, was long an exclusive privilege of Chinese royalty.

Modern technology has allowed Noevir chemists to improve on this remarkable ancient elixir using a unique double-extraction method to ensure the highest in potency and purity of the finished product. But the most impressive detail of all is what users of this exotic mushroom have to say about Cordyceps Sinensis. Subjects report increased energy and stamina, less fatigue and a youthful vitality. Conveniently packaged in 30 single-serve packets, Noevir Cordyceps Sinensis is a perfect daily nutritional supplement for the health-conscious, athletes, middle-aged, mature and anyone suffering from day to day stress.

Cordyceps

WHAT IS CORDYCEPS?
A wonderfull green herbs.Thousands years ago this wonderfull herb discoverd by the chinese.

Now all over the world this herbs are using
Its common name:Chinese catterfiller fungus,Dong chong xia cao.
Latin name:Cordyceps
Plant part:Fungul Mycelium

Cordyceps sinensis is a type of fungus that has been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for thousands of years. Cordyceps is also known as Chinese catepillar fungus, because it is a parasite that grows on the Tibetan caterpillar until the caterpillar dies, at which point it sprouts a mushroom. (Don’t worry, most cordyceps produced commercially in Western countries is actually grown on plant sources, such as soybeans.) The Chinese have long used cordyceps to promote overall good health, and modern research indicates that cordyceps does indeed support liver, kidney, heart, and immune system function. It also appears to act as an antioxidant in the body, protecting it from free radical damage.
BENIFIT OF CORDYCEPS
Cordyceps are very usefull against following problems:
01.Lever diseases
02.Cancer
03.Angina Pectoris
04.Cardiac Arrhythmias
05.Bronchial Problems
06.Anemia
07.Tuberculosis
08.Jaundice
09.Emphysima
10.Infertility
11.Sexual dysfunction
The Chinise are belive that Cordyceps are nourish the Yin,boost the yang & invigorate the meridians of the lungs & kidneys.
Cordyceps sinensis has a reputation as a powerful aphrodisiac. Recent studies performed in both China and Japan demonstrated a 64 percent success rate among men suffering from impotence. Scientists have isolated two chemical constituents in cordyceps, (deoxyadenosine) and cordycepic acid (mannitol), which are thought to be the active compounds that increase sex drive. These same compounds are also thought to improve lung function and increase energy levels; it is well known that Chinese athletes use cordyceps to help increase their stamina and endurance. It has been theorized that cordyceps enhances athletic performance because it helps it increases blood flow and oxygen supplies throughout the body, which helps the heart, lungs, and other organs function more efficiently. In one study published in Medicine & Science in Sports & Exercise, researchers reported that athletes who took 4.5 grams of cordyceps daily for six weeks had double the rate of oxygen intake as those in the placebo group.
